What this tool does
Connects an operating change to a local verification record without uploading process data.
When to use it
Use with comparable timestamp intervals exported or transcribed as minutes, flow, conductivity and loads.
Inputs and supported units
Each labelled field explains the quantity it expects. Unit-system changes convert existing numeric entries once and keep calculations on a single SI internal basis. Supported shared units include L/min and GPM, metres and feet, kPa and psi, millimetres and inches, kW and hp, and °C and °F as relevant.
Calculation or decision method
Water/load = total water ÷ total loads
Rows above the user-entered conductivity alert are counted; no universal limit is supplied.
How to interpret the result
Read the primary result with the supporting breakdown and warning. A plausible number is not evidence that every input, operating case or design constraint has been included.
Worked example
Rows of 60,5,400,10 and 30,5,800,0 total 450 L, 45 L/load, 150 L idle water and one excursion at a 600 µS/cm alert.
Assumptions
Representative production, matched meter and load boundaries, user-entered process targets and tariffs, and stable conditions during each comparison.
Limitations
No bath chemistry, final rinse acceptance, discharge limit, treatment package, permit condition or worker exposure control is selected or approved.
